90846 Family Psychotherapy without Client Present (26+ minutes)- $200

90847 Family Psychotherapy with Client Present (53+ Minutes)- $200

$50/ hour for LPC Supervision (60 minutes)

Insurance

Payment in full is due at the time of service.

Private pay is ideal for clients who are hoping to maintain their privacy as it removes the requirement of the therapist to provide the insurance company with notes which include counseling session content, private treatment plan information, and mental health diagnoses in order for the cost of treatment to be considered for reimbursement. Insurances use this private information to make determinations about coverage and reimbursement and the only way to ensure complete privacy is to not bill insurance. 

If you prefer to utilize your insurance benefits, I'm happy to bill your insurance as an out-of-network provider though my contracted third-party biller. Please note that I will collect a copay at the time of service.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part with your out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

Payment in full is due at the time of service by credit or debit card. I’m also happy to accept FSA and HSA cards.  Clients are required to keep a working card on file that will be charged for the session fee.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
